Hello! Welcome to my website. I am Dr. Booker, a leader in education with over a decade of experience in K-12, higher education, and EdTech. I bring a unique perspective as a former ESL student, multilingual Black immigrant, educator, author, researcher, and Ph.D., in Curriculum and Instruction.


My expertise encompasses multilingual education, leadership, program development, teaching, and training.
